| Important things that students must prepare |

Visa
Students always check their passports expiration date and keep them safe. In case of lost, it's a good idea to copy your passport and 2 pictures. You can stay 21 days without Visa but students in CPILS usually stay for more than 8 weeks for their studying. So you have to check the date. |

Ticket
When you get the airline ticket, you should check if your seat assignment on the ticket says ok and also make a copy of the ticket just in case. |

Money exchange
On departure day, you can exchange money in dollars at the airport. |
|
Credit Card
It is always useful to have a credit card Visa or Master is used widely. |
|
International Call
There are many international calling cards in Korea and they are all excellent to use. You can also purchase calling card in the Philippines. |

Insurance for Students
CPILS students already paid the medical insurance to the Agency. Please make a copy to make sure the date of expiration. |

| Preparations |

|
For the class
Prepare several thin English-English, English-Korean, and Korean-English dictionaries. If you have empty tapes and a walkman for your English practice or to record a class, it's a very good idea too. Some pens and notebooks and your own grammar books and English books are also necessary.
And don't forget to take a backpack for the books in CPILS and for activities or picnics in CPILS. (Laptop computer is also a good idea if you have one).

Other optional preparation
Alarm clock, wrist watch, light weight sports or fun equipment, medicine, (headache pills, cold and flu medicine, ointment, and more) pictures of family and friends are some of necessaries. Hair dryer is an option since it's always not in the Philippines. Cellular phone can be rented in CPILS. |
